As a Doors, Frames and Hardware Technician, you will specialize in the professional installation and servicing of commercial and residential entry doors, encompassing a range of tasks from installing hollow metal frames and doors to wood doors and associated hardware. Your role involves meticulous inspection of installation sites, careful study of work orders, building plans, and installation manuals to determine material needs and procedures. You will uphold a positive customer service image through skilled service practices, professional demeanor, and clear communication with clients.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform expert installation and servicing of commercial and residential entry doors, encompassing a variety of tasks such as installing hollow metal frames, hollow metal doors, wood doors, and associated door hardware for diverse applications.
- Conduct thorough inspections of installation sites, carefully reviewing work orders, building plans, and installation manuals to accurately assess material needs and determine optimal installation procedures.
- Use the Door Hardware Schedule to verify installation of materials meets the guidelines specified and communicate to your supervisor any discrepancies.
- Cultivate a positive customer service image through proficient service practices, maintaining a professional appearance, and engaging in effective communication with all clients.
- Employ exceptional communication and active listening skills to comprehensively understand customer needs, diagnose issues, and effectively implement solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operates in a safety-conscious manner at all times while performing job duties, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Education and Experience:

- Ability to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required for safety reasons.
Travel Requirements:
