Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will engage existing and potential customers by presenting and persuasively promoting products and services with compelling arguments. Your role includes generating leads through proactive cold-calling efforts and achieving or surpassing sales targets through efficient closing techniques. You will coordinate closely with team members and other departments to manage the sales process effectively, ensuring timely product delivery and high customer satisfaction. Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge is crucial, maintained through continuous learning via workshops, publications, networking, and active participation in professional societies to enhance your expertise and sales effectiveness.

  • Coordinates the sales process, collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure timely product delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains and enhances professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing industry publications, and participating in professional societies.
  • Stays informed about current market trends, competitors, and product knowledge to effectively position offerings and respond to customer inquiries.
